We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from pet hair, odor, stains, or damage, and in the original packaging. Customers must contact us before sending any item back.
To request a return, please email us at kimi@nbrontop.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Handmade made-to-order items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damages and Issues
