RONTOP is a luxury-inspired pet fashion brand for dogs and cats, creating elegant petwear for stylish walks, birthdays, parties, holidays and photo-ready moments.
Are your outfits for dogs or cats?
Many of our styles are designed for small dogs and cats. Please check the size guide and product details before ordering, as fit may vary by body shape and style.
What kind of petwear do you offer?
We offer signature looks, pet dresses, coats, capes, occasion wear, matching sets and pet fashion accessories.
Size & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Please measure your pet’s chest, neck and back length before choosing a size. Chest measurement is usually the most important for pet clothing.
What if my pet is between two sizes?
If your pet is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Should I add extra room when measuring?
Yes. We recommend adding 2–3 cm of ease to the chest measurement, especially for fluffy pets or styles with less stretch.
Can I ask for size help before ordering?
Yes. You can contact us with your pet’s chest, neck, back length, weight and the style you like. We will help you choose a more suitable size before you order.
U.S. Shipping
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. RONTOP currently focuses on customers in the United States.
Is U.S. shipping free?
Complimentary U.S. shipping is included on every order. No separate U.S. shipping fee is added at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
Are duties or taxes included?
Complimentary U.S. shipping means the shipping fee is included. Import duties, taxes or customs fees, if applicable, may be collected separately by the carrier or customs authority.
